Lucy is KKI's co-founder since 2011, when she had just graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Prior to KKI, she worked for 6 months at Sinarmas Land, a major property group in the country. At first, Leon invited Lucy to help with accounting and paperwork. However, as years went by, her compassion towards the people she serves has only grown bigger.
Holding a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Indonesia, Lucy leads KKI's Operations Department. She continuously empowers thousands of KKI members while maintaining zero non-performing loans. Lucy has a keen interest in leadership (Maxwell is her favorite author) and gains fulfillment seeing her subordinates transformed into capable leaders. Her personal mission is to nurture and grow KKI's future leaders to sustain the scale of serving millions of Indonesia's poor and vulnerable.
