Management Team

Lucyana Siregar / Co-founder, CEO

Lucy is KKI’s co-founder since 2011, when she had just graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Prior to KKI, she had only worked for 6 months at Sinarmas Land, a major property group in the country. At first, Leon invited Lucy to help with accounting and paperwork. However, as years go by, the compassion towards the people she serves has only grown bigger.

Also a Master in Public Policy from the University of Indonesia, Lucy leads KKI’s Operations Department. She continuously empowers thousands of KKI members, while maintaining zero non-performing loan. Lucy has keen interest in leadership (Maxwell is her favorite author) as she gains fulfillment seeing her subordinates transformed into capable leaders. Her personal mission is to nurture and grow KKI future leaders who can sustain the scale of serving millions of Indonesia's poor and vulnerable.

Leonardo Kamilius / Former CEO

Pior to setting up KKI, Leon worked at McKinsey & Co as Business Analyst. After briefly volunteered during Padang earthquake, Leon quit McKinsey & Co as the calling inside him to serve others grew. KKI's asset has grown from 50 million to 7.5 billion rupiah, serving 8,000 members with 50 strong employees today. Leon was awarded 2014 Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur for his relentless service to community.

To support his family of 2 children and loving wife, Leon freelances as Public Speaking/ Presentation trainer at the company he owns, Next Level Presentation. His guiding life motto is, "GOD is my source, my end goal, and my everything in between."
