Lucyana Siregar / Co-founder, CEO
Lucy is KKI’s co-founder since 2011, when she had just graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Prior to KKI, she had only worked for 6 months at Sinarmas Land, a major property group in the country. At first, Leon invited Lucy to help with accounting and paperwork. However, as years go by, the compassion towards the people she serves has only grown bigger.
Also a Master in Public Policy from the University of Indonesia, Lucy leads KKI’s Operations Department. She continuously empowers thousands of KKI members, while maintaining zero non-performing loan. Lucy has keen interest in leadership (Maxwell is her favorite author) as she gains fulfillment seeing her subordinates transformed into capable leaders. Her personal mission is to nurture and grow KKI future leaders who can sustain the scale of serving millions of Indonesia's poor and vulnerable.
Ferry Setiawan / Treasurer
Ferry Setiawan joined KKI straight from the University of Indonesia in 2011. He's one of the earliest KKI team who experience KKI's extremely humble beginning. Since then, his dedication to lead KKI staffs and bring lasting positive impact for the unfortunate have never ceased. He started off as Field Officers and now holds the position as Operations Supervisor, directly reporting to the COO. Ferry's responsibilities include managing team, branches, and SOPs.
Ferry has an artistic knack with love of photography and design. He used to do freelance job before his first son was born in 2017. But now, Ferry only wants to spend time with his little family in his free time 🙂 Ferry is currently a candidate of Master of Management from the University of Indonesia.
Randy Halim / Secretary
Randy graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia. He had 4 years of experience in IT and system analysis. Randy's last role was with Bank Mandiri, one of the largest national banks in Indonesia, as an IT Architect. Randy joined KKI as part of Development team in digitizing KKI operations, including assessment and implementation of KKI’s first purchased IT software.
Randy joined KKI in 2017 to dedicate his life to God’s greater plan. At present, he is also an active, long-time volunteer at Sahabat Anak Grogol, teaching underprivileged kid every weekend. He loves children and being around them. He dreams that one day he could give underprivileged kids a second chance in life.
Leonardo Kamilius / Former CEO
Pior to setting up KKI, Leon worked at McKinsey & Co as Business Analyst. After briefly volunteered during Padang earthquake, Leon quit McKinsey & Co as the calling inside him to serve others grew. He's proven to be hardheaded to start KKI with only 50 million rupiah. His faith was tested as Founder and CEO of KKI, having to go through many ups and downs. One of which was when her wife was pregnant and he had only 300 thousand rupiah left in his pocket.
Graduated as Valedictorian from the University of Indonesia, Leon's persistence finally starts to pay off. KKI's asset has grown from 50 million to 7.5 billion rupiah, serving 8,000 members with 50 strong employees today. Leon was awarded 2014 Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur for his relentless service to community.
To support his family of 2 children and loving wife, Leon freelances as Public Speaking/ Presentation trainer at the company he owns, Next Level Presentation. His guiding life motto is, "GOD is my source, my end goal, and my everything in between."
